Join the elementary school educational journey of Isacc, Ian, their families, and incredible teachers as they work together to establish a distance learning program from home in their inclusive classrooms. First the team comes together using the Family Support Plan template to guide their discussion about where to begin. Next, they use the GAMe plan template to help identify ways to embed goal activity practice at home and while participating in synchronous learning activities. The team then looks at the environmental and instructional supports needed for access to the learning activities. Then, co-teaching and UDL supports are embedded and highlighted to support both families and educators in seeing the whole inclusive educational program fully developed and implemented to support distance learning.
